再有一个多月就要毕业了。 现在在找工作，于是想把自己求职的过程在坛子里记录下来和大家分享。 由于以前在国内找工作挺艰难，所以现在比较有心理阴影，希望自己能有好运吧 keep my fingers crossed:cn13:

不知道新西兰的格式是啥 感觉虚的东西太多了 实际做的东西很少啊

因为以前做的不是这类工作 所以本来就没什么实际的东西哎

也不一定啊 没有 可以靠近的写 其实也不用这么长
说句不好听的 那些hr的可能会觉得那些soft skill里面的全是bs 这个谁都能写 但是这些东西是要通过example， achievement 表达出来的啊

略微对楼主CV提一下浅见吧。稍微需要细化，如果有项目经验的话，最好加上数字，例如项目多少人参加，经过了那些过程，取得了什么结果，这样HR对你的项目就有大致的概念。又例如楼主提到EXCEL，那么EXCEL什么程度呢，是VLOOPUP,VBA,PIVOTTABLE或者是其他掌握程度等等。稍微细化一下，这样HR就知道你的水平了。简历多修改，多找找学校老师，让他们提提建议。祝楼主找工作顺利。

我的一些小小建议。

1. 感觉楼主的硬伤是，工作经验和你申请的工作职位不是很有关系。因为其实你真的大学毕业到现在有些年头了，已经不算是fresh graduate了，不知道潜在的雇主会怎么看待你的经历。
2. 如果你是申请 GIS sales的工作的话，你的学历和经历 (专业知识加与人沟通的技巧) 比较有帮助。
3. 你如果申请 GIS technical方面的工作的话，我觉得你的简历比较弱。我宁可多写点关于GIS方面的所受的教育，或者你写的毕业论文什么的，少写点（略微带过）你在国内和这个工作基本没有关系的经验。这么大
4. 我看你的资质里面有一些编程的东西，最好举一些例子你怎么把编程用到GIS里面了，毕竟现在GIS 和 programming 连接的很紧密，如果干的比较偏technical方面的话。我看你以前的一些GIS相关的经验，大都是GIS technician的活，不是很工程师的活。

我干的活和GIS有点关系，偏向于技术一些，所以会比较偏面。

Your key skill will be: The ability to “tie” key asset information (history, condition, rainfall, frosts, etc) to a road map using GIS technology.
