填写PSW申请表遇到的问题

  1. 在PSW申请表的B部分，要求填写在英国居住过的地方，我是读研究生的，2010年9月来的英国，原来在学校宿舍住，现在在外面租房子租，地址都记得，可是具体从什么时候住到什么时候，我记不清了，只能给一个大概的时间范围，我想问一下，这样不精确的居住时间不会有问题吧。另外，这两个地址，我的居住时间都没有超过两年，我要不要提供中国的家庭住址。

  2. B部分的 place of birth 我的护照上只给出的出生的省份，没有给出在那个城市出生，那么只写出生的省份没有问题吧。

  3. 在C部分，C9，Has the applicant been issued with a Biometric Residence Permit with a previous application for leave? 这个问题是什么意思，我该选“是”，还是“不是”

  4. 在D部分，D5，Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable? 这个问题是什么意思？应该选“是”还是“不是”

  5. D11，询问申请者的current immigration status, 我是读研究生的，已经毕业，那么current immigration status 是不是写student就可以了？

  6. D27 Was this application submitted before the applicant’s leave expired？
    D28 Has the date of the applicant’s leave, as stated in his/her passport, now passed?
    我应该是在签证到期前提交申请，这样一来，D28该怎么回答呢？选“是” 还是“不是”

  7. Section 3 的第一个问题问我What type of application is the application making?
    我是第一次申请PSW， 是不是应该选 Initial

  8. G1 What Qualification does the applicant have? 我读的是master degree, 是不是应该选择 United Kingdom recognised degree at postgraduate level?

  9. Section 3B Transitional Arrangements 的问题
    L. Previous Grant/ of leave
    L1 Tick the box or boxes to show that the applicant has been granted leave under any of the following categories:
    International Graduates Scheme (IGS)
    Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme (SEGS)
    Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme (FT:WISS)
    请问以上问题该怎么回答？

  10. 我的本科也是在英国读的，在前两本护照上，还有3个过去的英国签证，申请表上似乎没有询问以前的英国签证问题，又不要向HO 提供旧护照和就签证的复印件吗？

  1. 我没有填中国的，应该是英国境内的居住情况吧。你时间问题我不清楚。

  2. 填省份，护照的部分按照你护照第一页上的信息填。

3.如果你没有在英国续签过，没有那个ID卡作为你上学期间在英的护照，就不填。

4.我选的是no。 （我想的是not unavailable = available）

  2. 不清楚啊。如果你填D27和D28,那你就是填D25yes，还有一个在等待的签证咯？一般应该是before current leave expired吧。

8。 我写的是master of arts。 选第二个，recognized…graduation level那个

  1. 你要是选了initial就只坐3A，不做3B的，所以这一页不用填。

  2. C6要求填现在和过去护照信息，估计还有其他的小项吧。

哎，，，你问的很多问题都是申请表或者guidance上面解释到的。。。自己认真阅读一遍是王道啊。。。

第一个问题，要写够两年，在英国不够2年的，写来英国之前的地址（这个是学校老师专门强调的）

最后一个，以前护照的问题，，，只要护照上面有英国签证，也就是说 你曾经使用过护照进出英国的 都必须上交
我的旧护照上面没有英国签证 所以就不用交 但是如果有英国签证 一定要交，而且是全部， 申请表上面说的很清楚

学校和学校怎么说话都不一样？我们学校没有辅导，但我朋友的学校里老师强调说写英国的地址就行。。。没有写中国的地址很严重的吗？
