四月份的新表Page 14 Section 2 D13. Please state what ties you have with 我的理解就是：和你有关联的 包括 出生国；第三国国籍；和任何你居住过5年以上的国家。感觉这问题很针对和恐怖主义有联系的国家的申请人，咱们普通大陆来的就简单填一个“中国”，“父母，祖父母”就可以了吧？
再有就是看申请表封面有这么一段陈述
“DUTY TO STATE ALL REASONS TO REMAIN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
All your reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom must be
stated in this application. This requirement is being given under section 120 of
the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. If you do not tell us now of any
reasons or grounds for remaining in the United Kingdom and you tell us later without
good reason, you will lose any right of appeal you may have otherwise qualified for if
we refuse your claim. You can use the box at the end of section 3.2.”
针对的 Page 20的 Section 3.2 后面的一大段空白。个人感觉这表格设计上有问题，本人是硕士学位，感觉我选了 “- the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English speaking country (other than Canada);” 就可以直接进入Section 4了没想到还要写出申请人留英的具体意图，如果没仔细看表格，这亏就吃大了！不知道有没有最近填表的同学，想参考一下各位都是怎么写的。说大实话还是虚伪点？
“All the passports you have held during this time. If you cannot provide them all, you must
provide the passports you have together with any Home Office letter(s) or other document(s)
granting you leave to enter and/or remain in the UK. You should also provide documents of the
type listed below to show that you were continuously resident in the UK during any periods for
which you are unable to provide a passport.”
怎么会不确定呢。3.2的前提是“ if you have not obtained one of the relevant qualifications…" , 请回头看3.1的问题是 ” have you obtained … "你之前3.1都选了你的 master’s degree obtained, 那你还管3.2干嘛呢？？
3.2 感觉出的逻辑有问题， 应该是不要求语言豁免go to section 4感觉才符合常理；要求的话填下面的box。因为3.2讲的是语言豁免问题，若申请者有其中之一的语言qualification还需要解释留在英国的原因的话，那3.2的box应放在3.1里最后。不过再回过头看3.1有： A speaking and listening qualification at level B1 or above from the Secure
English Language Test (SELT) list (Go to question 3.3 below); OR
好了，问题来了。这里你们纠结的为什么要有一个方框写”留在英国的原因“。 因为这里的逻辑就是，能到3.2里选择No的就是不提出语言豁免的申请者，既不能提供3.1里b)里的语言测试成绩，又没有条件提供豁免语言的相关证明的。那么在这样的情况下，语言证明都够不上条件仍需要申请永居语言要求的国家，”为什么申请者要留在英国“，不就是个很好的给申请者解释的机会吗？于是接下来表格就给了一个大方框，要“good reasons or grounds which you HAVE NOT MENTIONED in your application". 而选择了语言豁免的，当然直接就去section 4去出示豁免文件或信件了啊，因为section 4就是申请者要提供文件的列表。
那么，在3.1里面，既满足了a)又满足了b)的申请者，请问，3.2到3.6还跟你有关系吗？？？至于指向性的语言”go to section xx"，这类东西在最前面的问题里，什么曾用名啊什么的，不是也没有go to section xx吗，为什么大家都知道没有曾用名就忽略不填，那到了语言这栏里就不行了呢？？？如果说到这里都还觉得纠结，那就当我没说。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
