我的理解，这句话 我觉得她是已经收到你给她解释的信了？因为用的是sent过去式，也就是说她会看你之前发给她的解释你状况的邮件
但是你又说了你没有发给过她，而且也不知道别人有没有转发给她（我觉得这个可能性不大），所以保险起见你最好发一封邮件给她，把所有的事情解释一下
我觉得亲最好在发信解释一遍，免得回头又说不清楚

I think you shouuld ask the president why that registration staff said she will read the email you sent to her but in fact you did not send her any emails…
if his answer is , someone forwarded to her. then you ask him if you need to email her to explain the whole thing again.
I think at this stage, you should rely on him more than us, try to discuss with him about any of your questions or doubts. and promise him a nice dinner after your stuff got sorted out …
