这和报不报全貌似没太大关系。
2011年7月1日之后拿的cas在university level以下的学校念书就不能打工了，7月1日之前拿的可以。
但是我不解的是，我的ID卡上说每周最多能工作20小时 但签证信上说college level只能工作10小时，以什么为准呢？望高人解答。
ps, 再借楼主的房子问个问题，用ACCA的学生签转T2的话，学业不完成是不是也不能转？
ID上写的是什么就是什么。写你可以打你就可以打。
如果我猜的没错的话，你的CAS 一定是7月4号之前申请的 是么？
你朋友之前是什么文凭呢？我觉得没有绝对的，还是要看签证官！
9月28日申请的！10月上旬邮寄出去，11月中旬拿到的！一开始我也以为自已不可以打工的，拿到签证时还蛮惊㤉的，呵呵。。

bpp已经升大学了

We will be known as BPP, although our full name will be BPP University College of Professional Studies Limited. This status is a protected title and is granted as a reflection of BPP as a degree awarding body.
Our status is unique in that BPP is 100 percent privately owned - unlike other providers, who may receive government funding, or who may be affiliated to another university.

我觉得有关系，签证官就容易相信你是真的来读书的，不是来骗签证打工的，我也只是猜想，呵呵！
刚拿到签证。。不能工作。。郁闷啊。。。
