如果你是要靠英籍宝宝申请的话你就要走DLR路线
估计我的诚实回答一定要被吐槽骂死了！为了表示我请教问题的诚意，我的情况确实是宝宝的爸爸还处于已婚状态，离婚已经打了3年了，但是还没有结束，因为财产的分割问题！
上报HO取消学生签与否要看学校和HO的效率，孩子是英籍的话，虽然可以申请DLR，但等多久以及结果没有定数，看rp吧。
关系真实建议尽快结婚，如果牵扯到之前婚姻或者其他难言之隐不能结婚的话，也可以等被学校通知上报HO再申请DLR，反正都是差不多的结果。
总之不能结婚不够2年同居的话，就做好长期等待签证结果和2.5x4的准备吧。

替朋友问问大牛们这种情况有无申请到ilr的胜算哈，
朋友情况是刚拿3年dlr 我帮他看了信说可以出国但因为他以难民身份申请的所以他律师不建议拿永居前回国，怕3年后不好续签。
他老婆和孩子都是英籍，能否不等那个3x2之后申请，提前去申请ilr?

不归路? 那我就告诉他我们达人都说了老老实实等就是了，他律师忽悠他说能提前办出来ilr，前提是去考那个esol+life in uk
他的律师没有完全不靠至少告知他永居下来前不要回国是对的
一旦回过国下次续签就有无必要的风险了
至于直接申请ilr那是不可能的

你的情况如果属实，可以申请Family life as a parent of a child in the UK ，新的家庭类下面的英籍孩子父母的签证类型，基本意思是说，如果你是孩子的一方父母，并且是抚养孩子的一方或是双方共同抚养，因为一些原因，你们不能满足申请spouse的route，可以申请这个类型，2.5年，2.5x2以后可以申请永居。https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/300961/Appendix_FM.pdf
目前为止，很多律师都还不知道有这个类型，还在惯性的沿用DLR的申请，这个申请比较小众，但是如果男方的离婚手续短期内办不下来的话，没法办spouse，就可以申请这个类型。之前还专门指导过几个同行关于这个类型的签证。
那这个新签证类型有资金要求吗？

主要就是两点
Relationship requirements
E-ECPT.2.1. The applicant must be aged 18 years or over.
E-ECPT.2.2. The child of the applicant must be-
(a) under the age of 18 years at the date of application;
(b) living in the UK; and
(c) a British Citizen or settled in the UK.
E-ECPT.2.3. Either -
(a) the applicant must have sole parental responsibility for the child; or
(b) the parent or carer with whom the child normally lives must be-
(i) a British Citizen in the UK or settled in the UK;
(ii) not the partner of the applicant; and
(iii) the applicant must not be eligible to apply for entry clearance as a partner
under this Appendix.
E-ECPT.2.4.
(a) The applicant must provide evidence that they have either- 32
(i) sole parental responsibility for the child; or
(ii) access rights to the child; and
(b) The applicant must provide evidence that they are taking, and intend to continue to
take, an active role in the child’s upbringing.
Financial requirements
E-ECPT.3.1. The applicant must provide evidence that they will be able to adequately maintain
and accommodate themselves and any dependants in the UK without recourse to public funds
E-ECPT.3.2. The applicant must provide evidence that there will be adequate accommodation
in the UK, without recourse to public funds, for the family, including other family members who
are not included in the application but who live in the same household, which the family own or
occupy exclusively: accommodation will not be regarded as adequate if-
(a) it is, or will be, overcrowded; or
(b) it contravenes public health regulations.
其他还有就是英语A1，如果是境内申请，需要有有效的非Visitor，temporary release，temporary permission类型的长期居住签证了。
小三的话，其实也是需要一些的牺牲的，前提是必须生孩子啊，还的要养，还不能跟这个英籍在一起。
仔细看了一下，你的情况如果没和这个男人在一起的话，就可以申请，那个律师是对的，已经搬到一起就比较麻烦了，只能尽快他们离婚，你们结婚了。

换个角度想，英籍一方无论之前明地里暗地里答应了了什么，签证申请人一旦申请之后，英籍一方应该可以随时变卦不负责孩子以后的一分一毛了，否则就说明申请人其实并不符合条件在骗签证的说。

3个月总比在这边等一年半载要好，过去的不光彩历史对申请spouse visa一般不直接影响的，当然spouse visa的条件要都满足的说。all the best
有新的签证类型cover她的情况，DLR已经不适用了。看后面我的回复。
申请family life as parent of British child是可以5年永居的，她的情况其实蛮应景的。
