then you will find the fllats…they have telphone number and etc there, you can call and ask.
They are the company who builds the flats and sell them.
I know they sell to public from beginng of Jan. So I guess they still have some left.
Are you sure 25,000 for 2 bed?
After some investigation, I found 1 bed is around 25,000 and 2 bed …
sry, missing one 0, it is 250,000.
I am sure it is 250,000, because I bought one, and moving in march.
The flats are still under construction, and no agents invloved, the constuction company sell it dirctly. this is why it is cheaper I guess.
Actually, I didnt search any other flats through agents.
This one is recommanded by my frd, A rather quick decison.^0^

ern…actually not, one side is a road but not main road, and only one block of flats are besides raod, and like the one I have bought are in the court…quite further away from the road.( I have tested myself hehehehe)
As the court is quite big…the flats in the middle are further away from both sides…
plus…the flats next to DLR are phase 2 flats(much cheaper)…now they are selling phase three ones…the other 2 sides are houses…
If interested, I suggest you to arrange a viewing, you will have more ideas.^0^
