下个星期一就参加毕业典礼， undergraduate degree 毕业， 目前已经开始在做Full-Time 工了。其实打从考完试了第2天就从Part- Time 转做 Full- Time。
我现在持有学生签证，从2009 年的1月， 到明年8月份（2012）才到期。但是PSW 就在明年4月就cancel 了嘛，所以打算在明年3月才更换PSW签证。
那从我毕业那一天起，以学生签证做Full-Time 一直到明年3月可以吗？合法吗？
一直烦恼担心是不合法，毕竟已经毕业了，不应该再拿学生签证去工作。有人可以回答我吗？？？
真是讨厌home office 要取消PSW， 白白浪费了我多一年的签证！
如果我没有记错的话，学生签证在学校假期能全职工作，课程结业以后能全职工作不超过四个月。不过最近没有仔细看UKBA的政策，建议你再核实一下。
PSW可以在拿到毕业证书之后的日期开始一年内随时申请。
现在是假期，可以做40小时
不能Permanent position，能够Contract position
怎么分辨 Permanent and Contract??

另外，我的签证是属于 2009年3月 前签下来的，就是不会受到 2009年3月后的新政策的变动而受影响。
问题就是，我找不到 2009年3月 前的政策的条例。现在能够看到的都是新的政策条例，也就是 2009年3月后的新政策。
lz的这个case下，新政策实际上比老政策更有利，从前记得老政策是要求了最多40小时和最多4个月，而新政策是

The work you do must not fill a full-time permanent vacancy (other than on a recognised Foundation Programme), and you must not be self-employed, employed as a doctor in training (except on a recognised Foundation Programme) or as a professional sportsperson, coach or entertainer.
The maximum amount of part-time work you can do during term time is:
20 hours per week if you are studying a course at or above UK degree level or a foundation degree course, and/or if you made your Tier 4 (General) application on or before 2 March 2010; or
10 hours per week if you are studying a course that is below UK degree level and is not a foundation degree course, and you made your Tier 4 (General) application on or after 3 March 2010.
You can work full-time during vacations, within the above limits. If you have completed your course and you apply to remain in the UK under the points-based system before your existing permission to stay expires, you can work full-time (within the above limits) until your application is decided.
一般stu visa只会多给4个月，lz的多出来一年估计是当初算上了gap year但lz没有用到而是提前毕业了，这样的话等于本属于毕业前应该利用的gap year时间被用来毕业后工作，算是在打擦边球，所以现在能否工作取决于在于公司的HR了，他们不清楚的话会打电话到ho去问，然后他们会决定是否可以full-time。好好和hr沟通吧。
我跟楼主情况完全一样啊！ 这种情况PSW还可以申请吗？
我公司的HR说没有问题，可以继续工作，但他并没有打电话向Home Office 咨询。
我刚开始也觉得没问题，但后来想想，还是有点担心，怕会影响申请PSW。

如果担心以后被找茬儿的话就问问ho吧，可以以anonymous的形式问（说清自己的情况但不报家门），说不行的话就立刻申请psw好了，不要顾忌剩下的学生签证了。安全第一，good luck。
