今天收到RICS的HomeBuyer Report里面有这一条，属于risk 3（只有这一个啊），其他都可以忽略啊。
The top section of the soil and vent pipe is of uPVC an this discharges over an asbestos cement section of pipe. There is an adjacent asbestos cement hopper head and pipe. There is an open channel and gully to the flank with rendered kerb. Replacement of the asbestos cement pipes is now recommended. The removal and disposal work should be undertaken by a licenced asbestos contractor.
There are two manholes to the front of the property. The cast iron covers were raised. The front manhole was filled with effluent. Effluent had collected on the benching to the rear manhole.
