it was really boring. I came all the way for a graduate scheme job and was expecting a formal interview. But the interview was too casual and like a 30-minute chat.
One of questions I didnt know how to answer like
what is your role in a presentation? 
I still dont know what he wanted to know by asking this question. The question seems to come out from nowhere. He did not ask any competency-based ones.

I applied Zurich graduate scheme as well, but on the telephone interview day they called me that the position has been taken rather than interviewing me.

maybe he meant “what is your role in a group presentation”?? but i still don’t know how to answer even that…
