其实大家不用跑完全程，多号召一些人聚在长跑必经之路的两旁，一个人批着国旗跑，跑完一段把国旗交给下一个人继续

如果举着或披着国旗很累的话 还是把标语写在衣服上吧，
或者统一一下服装，都是爱国牌 脸上画上小国旗

No need to register if you dont want to get any prize, the one last year was in front of my place, and so many people took part, many of them just joined running, there were some officail ones, those ones had to register, but if you just want to join and run, u can start from anywhere in the route, so we dont need to register! its quite good to run around canary wharf. i will be at canary wharf! anyone else??

支持伦敦的jms，要是我也在那边就好了，我长跑还挺不错的呢。 给大家提个建议，可以把大国旗披在身上跑，（不过可能会有点兜风）
其实好多选手到下午的时候都是走完全程的， 我们也不一定要跑， 在旁边披个旗子走走也好，到时候看bbc拍不拍。
