Hello,
This is in regards to your item sent to China on the above tracking number.
We are currently suffering significant delays with almost everything sent to China since the beginning of January. This is a problem that has been reported to China post who have informed us there is a backlog with their customs department at the moment. This is causing a general hold on everything they import. These delayed items are likely to be held in Shanghai airport awaiting to be unloaded and scanned.
Unfortunately all we can do it wait for them to resolve this problem. Please monitor the online tracking and submit a claim via the below link:
