我PR以后他配偶，然后马上PR，等于说配偶签就完全是浪费了？
因为移民条例上要求通过10年永居的人士，他的配偶要先申请配偶签，达到qualifying period才能永居。而你之前拿dependant签证时已经满足了旧政策下2年的qualifying period，所以获得配偶签后，就可以马上再申请永居了。

不能跟你一起申请，因为你是10年PR途径，只能你申请PR后，如果成功，你配偶继续申请spouse visa，如果符合2年（你是老政策符合配偶2年），你配偶理论上在拿到spouse visa 后下一秒就可以申请永居。。。
必须走这个过程。。。坑爹的UKBA。。。一群SB。
你和我的情况类似，就是配偶在主申请人申请PR的时候，配偶和主申请人在英国不够连续一起生活2年（因为你是2012年5月first entrance UK as 配偶）。
依据你老公的情况，我的建议和原因是：
1）建议你老公申请5年的路线PR（表格SET(O)），然后你的PBS dependant Visa 不需要任何改变，只要坚持满2年（因为你是在2012年5月之前入境，刚好在新政策日期2012年7月9号之前），你就直接可以申请永居了，所用表格SET(O)。
- 如果你老公选择10年PR路线，所带来的问题是，你将不能从PBS dependant Visa身份来转成PR。因为新政策指出，‘PBS dependant partner will not be able to extend their leave or gain settlement as a PBS dependant and will be required to switch into the partner of a settled person category and apply for limited leave. 你的配偶必须转成spouse visa’。然后再依据10年PR的spouse visa要求的年限来申请永居。
所以，你的不二选择是你老公选择5年的PBS 永居。（新政策放宽了PBS 的dependant获得PR的路线，而严格了任何10年PR 的dependant的路线）。

我老公以前工作的一个公司倒闭了，去要公司的证明信来证明annual leave有点问题，所以目前他倾向于用10年永居来申请。这样的话，我是不是需要：
等老公拿到PR我马上申请spouse visa？然后等到14年5月再去申请永居？因为我是12年7月前拿到dependent visa的，应该适用旧政策。
还是需要再按现在10年pr新政策等5年？

不用等5年，你拿到Spouse 签证后可以直接申请永居，因为如同上面UVIC所言，你是12年7月以前的Dependent，只要2年的qualifying period。

12年7月以前以pbs dependent都用老政策。10年永居的dependent就是让你多申请一次spouse签证。

我是在11年7月拿到的 t1 g depenfant签证，7月11号来到英国，12年和老公一起续签，签证有效期到15年2月，老公上个月申请的永居，本来打算一起申请的，由于不能提供2年的同居证明（两年前没考虑这么多，所以家里的账单啥的都是老公一个人的名字，后来意识到同居证明的问题，才改了账单的名字啥的），所以老公先申请，我打算等到今年10月份或者明年一月份再申请。这种情况下，我是应该用set o 还是set m的表格啊？找了一上午的帖子，发现意见不统一哎~~~
如果你先生上个月换了永居，现在已经拿到ILR的话，你的dependent visa就已经无效了啊。你应该要尽快换签证啊，不能等到明年的
我查了一些帖子，好像12年7月份以前的t1 dependant可以在主申请人拿到永居后单独申请，好像表格应该用seto, 但是应该提供什么材料set o本身解释的不是很清楚
我知道可以单独申请，我的意思是，能不能等那么久啊？因为你之前是dependent，但是现在你的sponsor已经转到了ILR下面，那之前的那个dependent不是要在28天内换吗？
