我知道可以开出双语的存款证明，但那个不能证明在过去的90天内这笔钱一直在账户里
如果是存折复印件的话应该可以证明，但是复印件有效么？还有需要翻译么？
国内银行是否还可以开出其他材料可以用？

submit thesis 肯定不算结束，至少要等到答辩之后，提交修改，然后委员会同意你毕业的时候，直到毕业证书上的毕业日期，这一段时间之间。
但这时理论上还不是你必须离境的时间，要等到你的学校上报HO，然后你收到HO的正式信函一个月以后。
注意这些细节大多数没有明文，取决于办事员心情，和随时变化的规则。
据我所知，英国不乐意采纳国内的存单，他们更喜欢的是银行开具的证明信，翻译是肯定要的，至少要你自己的翻译，要不要公正或者正规翻译不确定。
国内开的存款证明肯定是五花八门，只能说请尽量参照HO对于英国BS的要求开具，比如银行抬头的正式信纸，地址姓名日期齐全，经办人签字最好，经办人所有联系方式等等细节。
叫你sponsor申请cos的时候给你certify以下maintenance你就不用自己提供3个月900磅资金了
PhD毕业证书上有明确的毕业时间。你如果只是答辩过了，还需要办修改过的论文（如果需要修改）交了。学校再正式通知你，你被授予PhD。 看毕业证书
要是能开存款证明的话，那就是这个是定期存折或者存单吧。
既然是定期存单或者存折，起始日期-到期日期，一看就知道你这个钱存了多久了。
要用原件啊，大哥（大姐），存单原件+存款证明，全部原件啊，复印件不行的。还有要翻译的。具体翻译的要求看HO官网。
p.s.开个存款证明就行了。其他乱七八糟的别开了，附上存单——存款证明。你那时候国内签entry clearance时资金证明怎么弄的现在就怎么弄呗。
我倒觉得没有乐意不乐意，既然HO没有说明一定用再英国的资金。国内银行的资金，只要你按照HO要求他们就不能那这个说事，最多就是他们验证资金真伪时间长点。

个人觉得找翻译的信息，应该找apply outside uk not inside uk的guideline.

请注意，最后一项7） 的是课程结束后一个月离境，但是它这个 Postgraduate doctors and dentists on a recognised Foundation programme, 很明显是指的医生和牙医呀？！所以我觉得应该是第一种情况，所以是课程结束后4个月吧。
至于什么时候离境我觉得应该是这样的，作为你的sponsor,大学有义务把你的学习情况report给UKBA（大学每个月都有census），至于什么时间开始算，要看你的PhD Programme注册到那一天为止。如果你提前毕业了，那就要看你的大学什么时间把你报上去UKBA。不同的学校不太一样，我们学校就是只要你交了论文，答没答辩他不在乎，直接就报给UKBA说你programme结束了。如果当时你的签证还是多余60天的有效期，UKBA就会把你的签证自动缩短为60天。
我5月份的award日期，9月份才申请的Tier2，一点问题没有

应该是毕业4个月后，签证才失效
国内的存款证明就完全可以了，只要存够三个月就行！
四大行的存款证明都是中英双语的，出的时候跟他们说出国留学用的，他们就知道了！
你第一次出国签证办的时候，也是要这份存款证明的。以前怎么办，再办一次就OK了！
HO是接受国内的存款证明的！这个可以100%放心！
