Some update from the Timeattack race last weekend.

Our Sponsor GTR35 and Honda CRX both got on to the podium again, GTR35 have won 2 race in the row and came 1st again at Brands hatch.

I have just started of building my own race car, here is some photos -

We are going to spend 2 weeks building this car as myself have already booked the trip to the Ring from the 17-19 August THIS month.

Here is some progress we got so far -

Day 1 -

putting the car up and get ready for stripping -

Standard car is way too soft, we haven’t really make the car super stuff. Even the Nitron suspension we use is very comfortable. A lot of people think race car must be really hard, but is not. Most of the race car with good quality suspension are pretty comfy, even more comfy than oem at soft setting. Only cheap suspension make it super hard like D2, Teim…etc

Engine we have big plan, just wait and see:)

Today we have removed the Air con system, the stock radiator and derusting under the car and will apply underseal for protection.

We have also lay down most of the parts that is ready to go onto the car -

Front Subframe collars, powerflex bushes

Rear Subframe collars, Rear Diff collars, Ultra racing rear under brace

17 inch, 225 front and 255 rear.

with proper adjustment on bound and rebound, the ride will be stable through rough surface
when you make the car too stiff, then you will upset the driver before other aspect

Here is some update on Day 3, nothing much today as we had an original James Bond car(yes the actual car in the movie) came in today to sort out the Geometry.
