我想问的是，我如果回国一年左右，要到警察局注册的地方说明情况吗？这个是在申请永居之前。因为是我老公申请永居，所以我无所谓，但是想知道要不要到警察局注册一下。

既然你不需要申请永居，只要在你的签证允许的情况下，你可以回国，不过再次入境的时候，最好能有什么相关的证明。
可以问问你是什么签证马？ 或者你已经入籍？
要请教一下魔头，我每次都是经香港入境然后转深圳回来的，因为在深圳进关的有两个章的日期不是很清楚了，但是香港的进出入的章是清楚的，想问这样的情况应该怎么处理呢。谢谢
请问bank statement 对存款多少有要求么？最少要有多少钱呢？
BANK STATEMENT 不是必须的，可以不用提供，如果提供至少要有些存款，否则就不要提供。
有香港的就好呀，你只要明白的指导你的出入境时间就好！以方便计算离境天数。。。

有没有5年工签的总结啊？我两个都快到了，工签要晚几个月，现不知道哪个比较好签，想对比下，现在政策变的快，所以能早就早了，但寄签真的等不起，我喜欢面签。

想請問十年永居申請的問題
若是持學生visa, 中途延簽了5-6次(沒有gap, 每次延簽都是到期前寄出)
這樣是否qualified 十年永居的申請
因為之前聽說要申請十年永居,
學生visa的延簽只限4次, 且都是要有degree及年限的限制
eg. master and phd 不能超過8年
想請問是否有這樣的限制?

从你说的感觉，应该没有GAP，不过至于是否满足十年的要求，不只是看GAP。。。。。
另外十年看的是连续的签证，不管这里头都有什么类型签证组成。。。。。

以下是從Version 02/2012 application form copy 過來的
11S Long residence - after 10 years’ continuous lawful residence. If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain
after completing at least 10 years’ continuous lawful residence in the UK, in addition to the relevant documents
in 11A, you must provide:
All the passports you have held during this time. If you cannot provide them all, you must provide the passports
you have together with any Home Office letter(s) or other document(s) granting you leave to enter and/
or remain in the UK. You should also provide documents of the type listed in 11T below to show that you
were continuously resident in the UK during any period(s) for which you are unable to provide a passport.

官网上关于set（O）有写Tier 1 or Tier 2 of the points-based system (excluding the Post-study work category of Tier 1)
除了首页列出的必需的材料，其他的都是辅助材料。 如果你觉得有利于你的申请就可以整理完毕后，一起寄给HO，但是一定要原件！
另外关于你说的，如果你确认你所有的签证都是在签证到期前申请并到达HO，那么你就不用担心GAP，如果不确定你可以申请SAR查看。
如果申请十年永居，则一定用SET（O）
感激魔头提供SAR的模板！今天早上收到UKBA Data protection unit 给寄的大信封，54页纸正反面。2月20号他们收到的，差不多2个月给寄到的。10年的签证记录和出入境记录都在了！因为想知道有一年的签证材料是不是在签证到期前寄出的，所以一直不放心。现在检查过了当时的申请表，是到期前寄出的，没有Gap！终于可以放心申请了！太感谢你提供的经验贴了！:handshake
