我去年大学毕业! 现在在kaplan学院读着acca也拿着那学院的学生签
这新的学生签expired date是2011的6月
6月22我的psw申请就截止了
我的成功率会高吗?
现在还有得面签吗?
寄签要等很久吗? 我考虑考acca完试后要去欧游!

[/quote]PSW从法律上是可以转学生的，如果真的在读书，一般问题不大。

我刚才看了PSW 的 FORM 我发觉到我需要提供我的ICFN的资料!
可是!我没有!!! 我今年2月在马来西亚申请了新的学生签
他们没有给我什么ICFN!!! 从HO网页上说, ICFN是从31.03.2009开始的!
也就是说我是属于这一批的啊…
怎么办???!! 申请PSW到底需不需要ICFN呢?
在表格里他说
For the application to be valid and complete, the applicant must provide his/her original
current passport or travel document unless it is not available for one of the reasons specified on the application form. If the applicant has a current grant of leave on an identity card he/she must also provide their ICFn (Identity Card for Foreign nationals) for the application to be valid and complete. The applicant should also provide all previous passports and/or travel documents that he/she has used to travel to and remain in the United Kingdom.

My psw application was refused due to the date i submited my applicaion I havent got my certificate yet. I have been thru the appeal, however, it got dismissed. Now I am asking permission to appeal again to the upper tribunal. BUT MY LAWYER told me, as i already got my certificate NOW(after all these few month’s time of doing the appeal), I can make a fresh new application NOW even i fail the appeal.
so my question is: Can I or Can I not make a fresh new application here in UK? - coz it might last longer than 28days, I am worrying if my new applicaition get refuse again and come back after 28days, I will be counted as stay inlegaly in UK. or should I just go back to china to make the fresh new application? do the new immigration rules from the new UK gov. will affect my application if I go back to china now?

[/quote]在英国申请是不可能的，因为你的签证有效期早就过了，虽然法律上由于一直上诉还不算超期滞留，但是是不能在英国继续的。
回国重新办理PSW就可以了，为何一定要坚持在英国申请签证。
it’s not necessary if u dont have one, as ID system started from 2008. Imagining you got ur visa before 2008 which has been valid till now. it’s not possible for you to have such a card. the card system is a roll-out system.
by the way, only those who are here in the UK on a visa or who have indefinite leave to stay here need to have such card. PSW dont have ID card.

Also new gov is working on killing this stupid ID card program which is definitely a violation to our privacy!~~ anyway, seems to be stopped very soon.

在签PSW之前有两三周打工超过20小时（从BANK STATEMENT的入帐可以看得出来，是公司直接从银行转帐的），但总在来说一年内没有超过平均每周20小时，这样可以吗？
具体来说就是，10月底交PSW申请，9月或10月的某一两周有工作超过20小时，我想应该要在申请表上填上NI NUMBER吧，即使不填也可以从BANK STATEMENT看出来有收入的，如果HOME OFFICE去查，应该可以看到就一整年来说并没有工作超过平均每周20小时，这样的情况可以签吗？
我在考虑要不要把工资收入的银行帐户改了，用没有工资收入的BANK STATEMENT去签，但填NI NUMBER那块要不要写呢？

你好，我想回国签psw，但又不想在国内重新开户，可以用英国的的银行账单吗？我的英国银行帐单每天都至少有1000镑，可以吗？谢谢啦！！呵
在中国申请签证用英国的账单是没有问题的，但是国内是2800英镑，所以你的存款是不够的。
