Industry Overview
Working with the International Recruitment Officer and Manager and stakeholders of the China Sourcing Initiative, you will provide administrative and operational support with a primary focus on candidate and event management ensuring they move through the process as efficiently as possible.
As a key contact of the candidates, you will be dealing with their queries as well as providing them with detailed feedback from interviews and assessment centres. You will also be communicating with hiring managers in China on a daily base to keep the UK recruitment pipelines for PwC China healthy.
This is a four month fixed term contract working in the London Plumtree Court office. This is a part time position working twenty one hours a week. (There is flexibility around working pattern)
Skills required
Ability to speak fluent Mandarin and English;
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills

Strong Interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Preselecting Chinese graduate candidates
Communicating with the Chinese staff at the UK firm to ensure the availability of the interviewers for the first interview
Communicating with the recruitment officers in China to ensure the availability of the interviewers for the second interviews
Providing support with the organisation of recruitment events, including ensuring availability of interviewers, booking of venues, maintaining attendance lists of marketing events, sending out joining instructions and distribution of marketing materials
Ensuring Chinese candidates receive prompt feedback after 1st interview stage and their final interviews and assessment.
Attending and assisting in organising marketing and recruitment events
Distribution of weekly recruitment pipeline reports
Ensuring that all invoices are processed

有个HR女人接电话。。她说需要有recruitment经验，最好是读HR出身的。
还要流利英语，我来英国6年英语还不错，可惜她们说最好是native english。。。估计她们是想找bbc :cn03:
我猜她们招4 month part-time fixed term是给在换工作的人的吧？因为她们把这机会放在Experienced hire里面？
