明白了！谢谢。其实我3年前就来英国了，只是每次都是在英国住半年回国住半年的样子，所以时间上一直没有满足三年内不能超过90天的要求。看来要真打算入籍，必须要坚持住满时间啊。呵呵
不好意思麻烦你帮忙看下：
1。 我去了home ofice 网站，那个family member of eea permit 申请表上写是 for outside of uk，申请后来英国的，目前没找到英国境内可以申请的申请表。
2。 法国5年申根签证那个, 我只看到了visa for family member of eea。 可是需要提供proof of travel。 确定他们会给我5年吗？我要明年才去法国呢。明年再申请吗？

I am EEA 2 and ILR holder. You cant apply for EEA2 if your partner is British. It is like I cant apply spouse visa as my hubby is Italian.
Also EEA 2 is not very useful as so many border staff in EU countries dont always recognise this, you need to argue with them all the time. If your hubby is british or EU national, your Schengen visa is free and very easy.
