请教楼主，4月6号以后，20万企业家移民的要求是否改变，英语要求还是雅思6.5吗？我听说有变化，求证，谢谢
请问我如果是投资20万英镑到现有的英国的公司的话，那我怎么解决雇佣人的这个问题啊…而且三年后再去续签的时候，是不是要保证公司没有亏损才能签下来…我现在是学生，还有1年就毕业了，如果3年的签证的话，意味着毕业后也不能离开英国，还要在这里呆着，如果投资别人现有的公司，也是这样的要求么？谢谢了
是有变化，针对英语考试的要求如下：
You must check that you have passed an English language test that is on the list, and is still within its validity period. You must have achieved at least CEFR level C1 in all 4 components (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
雅思是7.5，听说读写都要达到。
Extention Tier 1 (Entrepreneur):
Created new jobs
You have:
established a new business or businesses that has/have created the equivalent of at least 2 new full-time jobs for people settled in the UK; or
taken over or joined an existing business(es), and your services or investment have resulted in a net increase in the employment provided by the business(es) for people settled in the UK by creating the equivalent of at least 2 new full-time jobs.
If you are currently in the UK under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), the jobs must have existed for at least 12 months of your current permission to stay.
Engaged in business activity 15 points
You are engaged in business activity at the time of your extension application, and you can prove that within the last 3 months earlier you have been:
registered with HM Revenue & Customs as self-employed; or
registered a new business in which you are a director; or
registered as a director of an existing business.
