弱弱的问,物业费英文怎么讲

有点像国内高层或者楼房的apartment,除了council tax,还要交电梯清扫公用地方之类的费用吧,这个英文怎么讲啊?一般是房东交还是住户交呀{:5_132:}

Your tenant has no legal relationship with your landlord/freeholder and therefore I would be very surprised to see them or their agents agreeing to charge your tenant directly. You will remain liable for the service charges as the long-leaseholder so these costs need to be factored in to the rent you charge your tenant. Whether you choose to itemise this or not is your decision.
I agree. L as a long-leaseholder must continue to be the person who:
a. is billed for ground rent and service charge; and
b. pays both.
It would be foolhardy to try and shunt either/both onto subT: if subT failed to pay, that might jeopardise L’s lease.
L can of course fix a rent that either:
a. invisibly includes the amount of ground rent and service charge; or
b. comprises a net figure plus identifiable ground rent and service charge (but nevertheless requires subT to pay the total as one rent to L only).
