我签证31号到期，我不是转科，转科是上一年的事了，我有上一年的成绩单

还有就如楼上这位同学所说，你如果从高转到低，有被拒签的可能。
你要好好说明下你的progress，或者让学校在cas上直接说明。

那你就必需重新签证了, 象我前面说的那样, 需要B1或者B2水平的英语成绩,生活费证明和学业上的进步证明, 另外就是现在有新政策就是博士以下的学习最多只能学5年, 你已经来这里5年了, 所以这个挺危险, 祝好运吧!

5年是争对本科BA课程的，我的是HND，属于Foundation.不算在内

建议你跟学校internatonal office确认下比较好。
如果你真也在这个范围之类，而且你续签后超过5年期限的话，学校估计CAS都不会开给你了。学校也是要考虑他们出CAS后学生被拒签的比例的。

We will not give you new permission to study below degree level if you have already been studying below that level for three years in the UK since your 18th birthday.
This three-year limit does not include any time that you have spent studying below UK bachelor’s degree level under:
the student rules that were in place before 31 March 2009; or
Tier 4 (General) when you were 16 or 17 years old; or
Tier 4 (Child) when you were aged under 18; or

你签证10月31号就到期。你说来得及吗？
既然是这样，下周一去把CAS搞定~
这样可不可行，有的材料都准备好，先在10月31号前寄掉，然后去定最早的英语考试，一拿到成绩开cas，然后再补交材料，总比签证过期好
不可以。好像是一定要有英语成绩。
If your CAS was assigned to you on or after 21 April 2011, your education provider must ensure that:
you are competent in English language at a minimum of CEFR level B2, if you will be enrolling on a course at NQF 6/QCF 6/SCQF 9 or above (unless you are a gifted student studying at a higher education institution - see below); or
you are competent in English language at a minimum of CEFR level B1, if you will be enrolling on a course at NQF 3-5/QCF 3-5/SCQF 6-8; or
you are a national of a majority English-speaking country (see below).
If you do not meet the English language requirement, your education provider cannot assign a CAS to you.

现在签证真的很严格！
囧，那你到时候申请表关于educational instituation/sponser那一section你填什么？！你需要CAS上的信息来填写。
你要是空着，到时候直接把申请表退回来的，签证当做invalid。你想过这个问题木有啊。。。

呵呵，还真没注意到你不是楼主呢。我也没别的意思，就是要想清楚在做啦。
表格上有个section是你课程信息之类的，要按照CAS来填的，CAS是学校出的，一份给你，还发了一份给home office的。
保守党和自由民主党联合执政后，non-EU citizens被狠狠的开刀，英国严格控制移民啊。所以就很严格了。特别是在英国本土签。
