你这个是旧法，已经被新法取代了，从2012年12月份开始HO审核不按照这个走了，HO有自己的新标准。一年以下7年，一年以上需要出狱那天起再等上15年。
注：更正一下，把楼主46周看成46个月了。

都是UKBA官方的说法，没查到你说的15年，有书面材料没？

英格兰应该是Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974，从去年开始最新法律更新版是2012年版本，旧版过时了。

新法律的更新后，HO去年12月也做了调整在PR和入籍方面，和SPENT没有关系了，看下面的连接：

7年还是很快的，到时在申请一样的，不过楼主这段时间内不要再出其它事情了，即使像那种TRAFFIC OFFENCE，累计起来就麻烦了。
