电脑蓝屏求帮助！！！！！！

alienware M17x R4
蓝屏文件nvkflt.sys
电脑通常使用中…一星期前突然蓝屏之后每次进游戏几分钟就蓝…不得已重装系统未果…之后格式整个硬盘再重装…继续蓝
本地DELL售后说SSD更WIN7更新冲突(很自信,说弄了几台了) 自己试了CTRL+I删了重建系统装完不更新WIN7…继续蓝
继续重装系统刷新A12 DELL驱动按顺序装…继续蓝
过冲中无第三方驱动 DELL附送盘+NV官网驱动+DELL工程师给…无解状态中
硬件检测无任何问题插拔清灰都做了。
一点用都没有。求帮助啊@@

明顯是SSD壞了。我T420s之前就這樣，換了個新的就好了

装别的系统比如ubuntu可定不会蓝

我觉得你可以换个别的win7试试。我之前有个win7怎么用都蓝。后来换了一个就好了

建议扫描一下内存条，俺之前内存条坏掉了，换了就不蓝屏了。

一般系统重装以后还不行，很可能就是硬件问题了。

目测是显卡坏了，如果还在保修期，写邮件给Dell售后报修吧。
不要折腾了，明显是硬件坏了，把蓝屏的显示内容打印下来，跟笔记本一同寄去修理吧。
工程师一看就知道该怎么弄的了。顺利的话，10天内能修好送回到你的手里。

SSD硬盘出了问题估计开机自检都无法通过。
最有可能的是内存。建议换两条一个牌子一个型号的内存试试。
安装内存前清理一下内存插槽。
如果换内存不行，就找DELL说显卡坏了，让他们派人来维护。
态度一定要坚决。坚持显卡坏了。如果需要可以给他们提供这个截图。

这个代码是显卡驱动问题。。。
就是NV的垃圾蹩脚货造成的
显卡高负载或者是驱动或者是硬件问题
你看看散热吧。。。
是不是手贱乱装驱动了？
或者你显卡挂了。。。

当年我就说了M17xR3 R4都是垃圾，为什么有些人就是不相信。。。
对了最新版的主板BIOS和显卡VBIOS记得刷一下。。。

。。平时我也不超频乱搞什么的。驱动我换了好几个以前的驱动。都是玩不到一会儿就要蓝屏。很可能是我才换了一个SSD弄出来的。
我明天寄回去试试。谢谢=-=

Reason
The Blue Screen of Death (also known as BSoD, Blue Screen, or bluescreen), known officially as a Stop Error or a bug check, is the error screen displayed by the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems upon encountering a critical error, of a non-recoverable nature, that causes the system to crash. The term is named after the color of the screen generated by the error. In this particular case the Stop Error code is 0x00000116 as shown next:

Solution

The VIDEO_TDR_ ERROR bug check which has a value of 0x00000116 indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed. In other words, it is a problem usually related to a change or corruption of the computer’s video driver. A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error.
Adding new hardware to the computer or installing new software may be the root cause of the error. This is you can try rolling back to the previous hardware or software configuration by removing the recently installed device(s) or program(s) to confirm if problem persists to identify the suspected faulty part or program.
Also, the following actions might prevent an error like this from happening again:

Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
Scan your computer for computer viruses.
Check your computer for hard disk errors. You can use this link for reference
Check your computer for memory errors. You can use this link for reference
Check the Ac/adapter to be the correct one if you have a laptop. Also verify the Power Supply Power Connectors to the video card if you have a Desktop Computer. A weak power supply can cause the BSOD.
Check if the system is overclocked from factory, disable it (if not verify with CPU-Z the actual clock values.
Click on “Start” when your Windows 7 loads, on the search bar, type “msconfig” and hit “Enter”, go to the “Startup” tab and disable all the applications listed, then go to the “Services” tab and check mark the “Hide all Microsoft Service” and then click on “Disable all Services”. After doing all this, click on Apply and restart the computer. Test the computer and if no BSOD is shown, start re-enabling one by one each Service and each Startup application until you discover which one is causing the BSOD.
Go to Device Manager and under the Power Management tab uncheck “Allow computer to turn off power”.
Run a Diagnostic
Check system BIOS (update if necessary)
Update the Chipset, Wireless and Video Card Driver (You can use the drivers from support.dell.com.)

dell这个意思最主要的是说了两件事：

和Video Card硬件本身或者驱动关系非常大

和你新安装的硬件有关

个人认为video card的关系比较大一些。
