中介是帮有工作的人跳到更高公司从高工资中拿commission的,能卖出去中介才会帮你
中介只帮给他们挣钱的人,在就业市场还行的情况下,如果一个人在市场上3-6个月以上(无工作)有面试还找不到工作,他们会认为这个人水平有问题.就不会再在这个人身上浪费时间了.
这个是小马过河的问题,每个人情况不一样.
我也认识一个BBC，女孩子，也是性格软了一点啊，而且能力不太强，但是幸好不用申visa，就在很小的本地会计所工作

简历要出众,经验要丰富,就算不付钱的经验都可以-看你怎么说了. 人脉最重要.我当时也是CV改了不下20遍啊
第一次找工作简历要投在公司的网站上，不能投猎头。 简历最好找学校的career service 给看看改改，一点要perfect。
然后投graduate program，认真填表，回答公司的问题，附上简历和cover letter，绝对不能有错别字。这步做好了，就打败50%的对手了。
之后搜寻各大公司面试题，认真准备，做题，等待面试，好好发挥。第一轮一过，就基本是top 30%了。之后再准备第二轮第三轮等。失败不要紧，要学会从失败中吸取教训，保证同样的错误下次不发生就可以了。
以上都做到了，就会离好工作越来越近了，基本就是时间问题。
其实大家都差不多，成败就看细节。我们那批毕业生大多数都是这样找的，最快一个月，最慢两年找到。
当然不是！中介会帮最有可能找到工作的人，因为那样才能拿commission。

这确实很没有道理啊，今年市场感觉已经好很多了。他没有签证问题怎么会那么难。我之前虽然也找了很久，可是四大一般只要投简历，过了online test, 面试机会还是给的。不会是他连Online test也过不了吧。。。
问题是他连online test 都没有都没有收到，你说是不是被神诅咒了:cn14:

We are constantly looking to expand our team with good talents whom are passionate about the financial markets. Our professional team offer extensive trading programs at all levels to support and help novice and experienced traders to take advantage of market volatility. Our mission is to nurture professional traders with experience and allow them to gain responsibility with our company’s fund for a profit split.
There are two career programs that are currently being advertised:
Graduates & Undergraduates Internship
This program is design for novice beginners to get firsthand experience of what it is like to be on the trading floor. Throughout the internship we offer a three-level training sessions with our senior leaders and trading professionals who are also professors at top universities to ensure you are nurtured with the essential knowledge.
Level 1 ensures you understand the most fundamental concepts of the financial industry.
Level 2 provides trading and economic-specific simulation training designed to help you succeed in the financial markets.
Level 3 gives you a sense of what you would be doing, day-to-day, as a full-time trader.
Eligibility

We offer a very intensive three-months career programme on our trading floor with accreditation provided. This will enable the traders to interact and gain first-hand information on how LDN Capital traders analyse and execute trades in the live markets.
Eligibility:
•Good academic background or strong experience in the financial market.
•Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and prioritize.
•Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
•Demonstrate experience in trading, financial markets, and technology.
•Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
•Basic understanding of financial products (Securities, derivative bonds, equities, bonds, etc).
•Experience in Risk Management Analysis is preferred.
•Understand and be prepared to deal with the challenges of working on a mission critical trading platform.
•Previous financial experience and computer science background preferred.
