宝宝5个月了，适应某种食物后，可以添加多少，每天吃几餐？一次吃多少？吃多了会便秘?三天没拉大的，不加辅食每天同一时间拉
at the moment my boy is 5 months old too. I feed him 2 meals a day but sometimes 3. He still wakes up at night to feed. But i’m sure he’s had enough to eat during the day cause he’ll stop eating when full. Every meal is like 1 table spoon of whatever I’m feeding him.
