冬季 2000 人工费，够用了。铺地砖力气活，大冬天的。可能额外多收费。
I am in the same position. Ground floor 46m2 to change to hard flooring, re-paint the whole 3 bed semi-house including smooth the ceilling, and wall paper through the hall to the upstairs. Still waiting for the deco works, but the hard flooring installation charge me 1050 for the labour, and re-do all the skirting board and replace the 10 internal doors. So for your works, I would think the flooring installation will cost you about £500 just for the labour. For the decoration works, normally they charge £150 per room.

It’s OK. Update, got the quotation of doing the deco works, £2620 for the whole house, as the current condition is not good, I need rip off all the wall papers/lining paper including the ceiling, repair/smooth as required, and repaint them. Plus repaint the stair railing, all wood works, etc etc. And the works will take more about 3 weeks for one person, so I would think the £2620 is reasonable. Generally speaking, the laminate flooring installation is about £10 per squ meter, carpet is about £3-£5 per squmeter. And deco works depends on the condition and also your expectation, labour charge is about £150 per day, and the kitchen fitting and bathroom fitting labour charge is about £150-£250 depends.
