representation and also look to see if you are still eligible to pay the penalty at the
discounted rate.

是伦敦城camden council管辖的sky camera拍到 我在路口的 黄色网格线 没有完全通过 停在上面了的PCN
别在这码字了，上面有人贴了moneysavingexpert的权威appeal步骤，你自己照做就行了。 顺便，小法庭基本只有吓唬作用。

没道理congestion charge的可以因为holiday晚了，
这个就不行的。
那个关于congestion charge的help文件是给你提供一个argument的证据。
虽然，他们在上面用的词是may.
但是既然有may,就要一视同仁。
凭啥有的可以，有的不可以。
除非他们给出充分的理由为啥不能接受你的证据，
不然就去跟他们闹到底。
去council 门口闹，找报社记者跟拍，说他们种族歧视，说中国人弱势群体，自己贵为tax payer，却受尽了这帮官僚的欺辱…
不知道当初你就交65并且说明你为什么就交65可能也可以的。

yellow box最容易appeal了, 不过从一开始就不要交钱.
钱都给了, 闹个屁股啊
我其实研究了 yellow box的appeal问题

但是我看了 我的案子 不属于这个情况。那个yellow box完全合法。
那天也是我倒霉，本来预测车流能通过的， 结果前面一个van没有往前再走走，让我半个屁股还在box里面 结果被拍了。
虽然如此 但是你觉得值得么，律师费啥的
一个英国老太太因为几寸地儿的事儿和邻居打官司，最后不得不把房子卖了来交律师费
这么说来 因为诉讼成本很高，所以在英国也可以不那么讲究法律了？

没问题，可以去council上诉 不过一般都是交钱之前上诉，交钱之后再想从council嘴里吐出来比较难了。
你的官司可打，胜率较高。前面以提到会很贵，先自己掏，CASE赢了有仲裁。如你一下飞机就交涉会很容易，钱都交了再反悔处理你CASE的INDIVIDUAL很容易怀疑你是FRAUDULENT， 在发律师信之前再交涉．

我当时一下飞机 第一件事就是处理这事儿，因为第一次收到PCN上面写的太吓人了，我怕影响我的个人信用 就先把钱交了
然后马上就online challenge了，10个工作日过去之后 人家没理我 也没回复。我又电话到council去催 才给我respond
截止到今天 其实我一天都没耽误。
