我在中国，2014年十一月八日，在英国power balance手环官网参加了个活动，购买了30根手环，他活动写的是可以直邮中国，用信用卡付了款，官网上说需要6～8周，但是到现在已经三个多月，还没收到，中间多次电话，Email联系了他们，一直是说让等，问他们要快递的单号，也不回复，昨天又发了邮件，彻底不回复了，在这种情况，我去哪里投诉呢?再次先谢谢各位大神了。
