看这里，因为你是T1， 选项是"book to apply in person at a premium service centre"，应该是只book不算submit form；而楼主是T2，“ Book as part of your online application”，按字面是在online application的时候book appointment，不太一样，很可能要submit form，那申请日期就只能算book的那一天了，也就是没法提前超过28天预约到28天那一天面签。
