我们最近看中了一个房子，什么都挺好的，可惜有间卧室太小。下面这个floor plan中间的那个卧室就是。
这个卧室有两个门，一个通走廊，一个通厅。我们打算把通厅的那个推拉门打掉（用红圈圈出来了），再把厅的一部分隔给这间卧室放书桌什么的。
请问这么改一下大概要花多少钱? 房子在伦敦。求报个价吧
这点工程本身很小，１7００ＧＢＰ应该足够。问题是房子好像是框架结构的公寓。移除一部分墙体需要free hold consent.

首先看是partition wall还是weight bearing wall.
是承重墙的话得做structural evaluation,完了后得到freeholder/share of freeholder的consent。做的时候得放beam.
