10年永居-超速罚分需要填写在哪里？

10年永居，去年因为超速罚了3分。最新版的申请表上有下面几项：

E1. Have you or any dependants who are applying with you ever been convicted of any criminal offence in the UK or any other country?

E3. Have you or any dependants who are applying with you received any other penalty in relation to a criminal offence; for example a caution, reprimand, warning, or similar penalties in the UK or any other country?

E5. Have you or any dependants applying with you had any UK court judgment against you for nonpayment of a debt, or received a civil penalty under UK Immigration Acts?

看来看去，不确定填到哪里。有填过的请指教一下，谢谢！

貌似行为本身是违法了，但只要交了罚款扣了分就不上记录。应该要填，但homeoffice主要interest 在recordable offences.

“Is speeding a criminal offence? Not if you pay the Fixed Penalty within 28 days. No conviction is recorded against you and you do not need to concern yourself with having a criminal record.”

所以楼主那三个问题都无需提到这个超速的记录。

谢谢回复。因为印象中之前超速是要填写的，在以前的签证表中也有相应的标示。但是最新的签证表似乎不涉及普通的超速记录了，所以有些吃不准。
