刚刚看到隔壁有个讨论给孩子入籍还是永居的帖子，启发灵感，我也来着借着人气问问各位有经验的辣妈、酷爸。谁之前给小孩子办过永居，帮忙给传授下经验呀！
我老公９月份办理十年永居（我不是永居），但是十年不能带家属一起办理，所以我们打算等我老公拿到ＰＲ以后，再给小孩子单独申请永居。之前有MM介绍说，移民法里305,306好像有说，在英国出生的小孩，其签证随父母双方签证时间长的那一方。也就是说，我老公如果拿到签证，我家宝宝也可以申请永居了。不知道有哪位XDJM是利@用这样的条款，给孩子拿到永居的吗？
如果有的话，请问你们都准备了哪些材料呀，还有申请表，应该用哪个?我去官网上找过，但是感觉上面并没有明确的说明这个问题，而且表格也很烦乱。还请各位高人指导一下！

我同学给她孩子签过，首先她是女性，其次她是5年工签转永居，孩子英国出生，直接带着孩子一起换永居了，不知道跟你这个10年爸爸签有多大区别。
5年换永居是可以把家属带着一起申请的。10年不能。家属只能自己单独申请。
你知道他们的小孩申请表格，需要单独填写吗？是的话，需要哪个表格呢？谢谢啦！
我不知道10年用什么，我是t2 5年的，用set（o）你去gov.uk上看看，在签证那一页，像选择题一样的，选你当前签证类型，然后点下一步，最后就告诉你要用哪个表格，什么支持文件。
我看了哪个表格，但是看上去不是很适用于儿童。而且表格里面有好多分类，完全不知道要怎么填，没有一个跟我们相符的情况。 {:5_134:}
按照官网的方式，选择下来是用SET（F）。费用1875英镑，想想就肉疼啊。
You can apply as a child under 18
You may be eligible for settlement (‘indefinite leave to remain’) if you’re under 18 and you live in the UK with 1 of the following:
both your parents who are British citizens or settled in the UK
one of your parents who is settled or settling in the UK and the other parent is dead
one of your parents who is settled or settling in the UK and has sole responsibility for looking after you
one parent or relative who is settled or settling in the UK and there are compelling reasons why you should be allowed to stay
‘Parent’ means:
a natural (biological) parent
an adoptive parent
a step-parent where the biological parent has died

Download and complete the SET(F) application form.
Check the application form to find out what supporting documents you need to send with your application.
Post your application to the address on the form or apply in person at a premium service centre.
After you submit your application you’ll be asked to provide your fingerprints and a digital photo (called ‘biometric information’).
所以按照这上面的说法，因为我还没有拿到永居，所以孩子是不可以的。但是又有305,306的条款支持
Leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom
306. A child born in the United Kingdom who is not a British Citizen and who requires leave to enter or remain in the circumstances set out in paragraph 304 may be given leave to enter for the same period as his parent or parents where paragraph 305 (i)(a) applies, provided the Immigration Officer is satisfied that each of the requirements of paragraph 305 (ii)-(v) is met. Where leave to remain is sought, the child may be granted leave to remain for the same period as his parent or parents where paragraph 305 (i)(a) applies, provided the Secretary of State is satisfied that each of the requirements of paragraph 305 (ii)-(iv) is met. Where the parent or parents have or are given periods of leave of different duration, the child may be given leave to whichever period is longer except that if the parents are living apart the child should be given leave for the same period as the parent who has day to day responsibility for him.
所以研究的结果，应该是我们利用306这条，然后用SET（F）来申请。
