投诉的确有效果，最近我就“软投诉”了好几起，的确加快解决事情的速度or赔偿钱/物品。

现在人家要装修，要我们付账，说不给钱就去法院。 人家竟然是没有房屋保险的。中介也傻了。
等闹腾完这波再看中介费的事情了。 我是想把房子卖了拉倒，没那么多劳心事。我家老大更绝，要把自己家现住的房子也卖了，买可以装下跑车的RV，然后可以开着RV，四海为家，去找他同学玩 …
他的弱点 ：
1: 合同上写了 离开家 超过15天必须上报
他如果没报 抓住这点王死里打
2: 我不懂 什么叫 没有房屋保险
Tenant 气的是中介不睬他 所以顺便把你搞上council .
你要是想 卖掉 不再需要中介 就告他们上 ombudsman 说他 没去inspection 每6个月 都要的
那人离开家超过15天 也要的
没去就是失职
告之前 走internal complaint 流程 。
希望他们自觉赔偿 私下解决

我觉得你的这个argument占不住脚，因为不管他away多长时间，他flat的damage都是因为你们flat的leak造成的，也许你可以claim你们的insurance。
insurance 不包 超过30天空关的房子哎。
如果他有在家，或是有人隔段时间去看看，DAMAGE不会那么严重的。 从他通知漏水，到最后修好，10 calendar days，不该算我们拖拉吧？
如果就是个粉刷，我们也愿意负担的。
现在估计是要重新做吊顶电线啥的，如果他及时通知，根本不会到要重做吊顶的地步。
