我也有个不怎么好的邻居。。在我对面马路，有一次他停车在我家门口，我回来发现没地方了，然后只能park在外面。后来很晚了他过来开车，我看到他了，就说请不要停在我这里呀。因为他家门口有2个稍微远的车位，不是房子正对面。然后老头看了下我，使劲瞥了眼我然后开走了。。。。。我留在原地一脸懵逼，不是至少要说个不好意识sorry啥的么？我语气很好的，至此以后我看到他也不打招呼，当然他也是。。。

额 这个难道不是private的么？我拿到house plan的时候是划给我的呀，而且是我大门正前方的2个park space。。难道停在私人地方也不用permission的？那我还真是out了。。。

如果是在你自己的房子的boundary内的那当然是你的private的，但你前面的贴只说你家门口的停车位没有说是你家的停车位啊 {:5_142:} ，如果没有在你的boundary内，那停车位在你家门口也是public的。 {:5_139:}

我也借贴发发牢骚，抱怨我那讨厌的邻居。安静的周日下午父亲和儿子在garden打cricket，球打到我与他家后院当中的fence上发出巨大的响声，把在花园除野草的我吓得跳起来。要求他们不要再把球打到我家fence上了（买房时开发商说这片fence由我家负责的，也是我出钱建的），他们理都不理，还打的很欢，气死我了。

看了某一楼的建议，我也打算去council投诉了，不管council理会不理会。

邻居纠纷council不管因为不是council的责任，但如果你抱怨的是邻居的anti social behaviour，那就是council该管的了。 {:5_142:}

这家人弄堆破烂恶心我几个月后终于清走了，看来上周推到他停车位上是有效果的。之前真是太文明了，非逼人出手，这人为堆破烂让人这么讨厌都不知道图什么。
