你如果要拿教师证的
学校最后还是要走UCAS的
你可以问他们有没有教师培训 (绝对不是“自己的培训项目)
有的话一般都是叫你去UCAS申。。。
这些基本上就是school direct了
PGCE的话就是个学历(所以一般都提供【学生签】)
in terms of application primary teachers are far more difficult than secondary teachers as most of local primary schools prefer native speakers, regardless what content you are going to teach, its critical for the school that “English language” for young kids can be properly delivered. at least that’s what I’ve seen and been told…and don’t expect primary children are easier to control than secondary…
其实我和楼上的想法接近，主要是担心孩子小，在语言发展的重要时期，真心希望班主任是本地英国人，BBC也行。中学倒无所谓，华人去中学教数学，造福全英国人民。
我们乡下的小学，老师清一色英国白人，连助教几乎也是，只有一个印度样貌的助教。相信伦敦情况大不一样。楼主如果在伦敦的话，机会更多。
