谢谢回复， Jesmond的terraced不晓得情况，south gosforth的房子，给了两个offer了，都挂了，感觉纽卡的出价令人震惊，在要价上加20，000，我下巴都掉下来了，不晓得怎么给价了，而且这个区看中的房子基本上一出来就没了。 {:5_145:}
