For Chinese passport holders who are currently in the UK and whose leave has an expiry date between 24 January 2020 and 30 March 2020;

you will receive an automatic extension until 31 March 2020.

We note the situation in countries other than China; including Iran, Italy, Hong Kong & Taiwan, but at present there are no exceptional

provisions for residents of these countries whose leave is expiring. We recommend you continue to monitor the GOV.UK website for covid-19 public information.

这个是自动回复，很显然对方还没有来得及做修改； 昨晚的临时政策公布，同一页有关‘疫情热线’这个说法，就用了三个不同的名字 “Coronavirus Immigration Help Centre”, the “Coronavirus Immigration Helpline” and the “Coronavirus Immigration Team” ， 可见对方没准备好就发了；

不过你的动作和步骤是对的，保存好邮件，其次等待对方邮件回复给你notice就可以了，对方会回复类似 ‘UKVI have noted your details’ 的邮件内容，届时你可以注意查收邮件；

请问大家提交信息后，有收到HO给的确认邮件吗？我的还停留在auto response。眼见着明天就要到期了。

你只要在到期之前邮件发过去了就好； 邮件本身你存着做证据，然后等待回复把； 现阶段对方HO也是人力不足，每天大把的in-come email，对方也有压力的，可以再耐心等等； 祝顺利！

关于 180 天的事情刚收到回复了, 明确到 5 月底之前不算 overstay. 但另外给了一个更详细的表格要求填写发回, 邮件全文如下:

Thank you for contacting the Home Office Coronavirus Immigration Team.

No individual of any nationality who is currently in the UK on a long-term Standard Visitor visa that lasts 2, 5 or 10 years, and has reached the maximum stay of 180 days within the period 24 January 2020 to 31 May 2020, and who cannot leave because of travel restrictions related to COVID-19, will be regarded as an overstayer or suffer any detriment in the future.

If you cannot leave the UK before reaching the 180-day maximum period of stay, and do not wish to stay in the UK in the long-term you must contact the Coronavirus Immigration Team by email to advise of your situation.
