楼主屋前端接驳公路public pathway 没有放drain channel ，我2018年做的时候被planning department 罚后加了去水渠。还是附近邻居举报或者plannings officer 经过得接罚单了。通常都是罚装修公司的，但是通常装修公司不理最后加了个land charge 就惨了。必须要有rain channel
