不会影响的.
只要你的签证还在homeoffice受理中，你在英国就是合法的，意思是，
你的签证10约31日到期，但你第二年2月homeoffice才把护照退给你，说
据签了，那么你在10月31日到第二年2月这段时间也是合法身份。具体的可以
查询他们的官方网站。
例外你的这种情况也不是百分之百的据签，他们对你的材料会进行抽查，看你的运气了。或者homeoffice会给你发信，要求你解释原因。但最终你应该有个学校去读的。
Have you completely rejusted the supervisor? If no, then you still have a chance to register and then provide an evidence to show HO that you are going to study at this university. As I know you don’t like the supervisor, but it is for the time being and you always can change the supervision from universsity to university, from supervisor to supervisor even after you have started the course. The registration for and studying a PhD in the UK is very flexible, and home office will understand all and will give you a visa in future as long as they know you are determine to have the degree in the country. According to your case, I suggest that you go back to the university or supervisor and tell them that you are going to study and then register. After you get the visa, have a word with your supervisor. If s/he are really not up to your expectation, then find another one in the department or ask for co-supervisor in other or the same university. In fact, most supervisors will not do much work for their students. Phd is your own project!
