头痛…关于tier 4 学生续签生活费问题向版主求教 
我硕士今年9月底毕业，现在已经上了full time 的acca课程。
我的签证是2010年1月底到期，续签是用acca在学。那我1月份续签时
生活费应该是多少呢？
续签前4个月内结束了12个月的master course。
但是acca是第一年开始上，续签时已经上了半年了。
所以是600*2呢？还是5400呢？还是…

在你申请签证的时候的之前4个月也是在上课的
所以你是续签的概念
你是要 600x 2 的生活费的显示, 如果你是不在伦敦生活, 然后你剩下的课程时间不是到9个月的话.
课程时间的证明是在visa letter 上面体现的

请问楼主T1 general 收入是不是一定要提供12个月？ 自己开外卖店会计师出示收入证明，如果在8个月之内收入就已经达到12个月的收入水平，打个比方：我要20K的年收入达到我的收入分数，结果我前8个月的总收入就超过20K,已经达到我要的收入分，提供8个月的收入证明可以吗？因为我等到不到12个月的收入证明就得去签证。

听说不管你是不是申请和开学相差28天以上，凡是psw转学生签证都需要回国签。。。

请问换新护照后要不要向警察局REPORT?
我护照到期后去更新了一本新护照,没有去警察局REPORT,都有2年了,今天才想起,赶紧去REPORT,结果那个警察给我一张新的警察局CERTIFICATE,(我旧的一张刚好填满了),花了我34POUNDS.新的CERTIFICATE上面记了我的新的PASSPORT NUMBER, 可是下面的表格就从新填了我现在的地址,还有在我的护照上面盖了章,证明说今天向POLICE REPORT.
请问这样会不会影响我8月份的T1 GENERAL (HSMP)申请??

今天还在高兴， KPMG终于开始给我办teir 1的签证了， 可是刚才回到家才收到一封信， 看到是又生气， 又无耐。 让我把这封信贴上来给大家看看， 不知道有没有人有过相同的经历。
As you may be aware the Government have recently introduced a temporary cap on the amount of Tier 2 (General) and Tier 1 (General) migrants allowed into the UK . This is ahead of a more permanent cap planned for next year. This will effectively limit the amount of migrants allowed into the UK to work on a Tier 2 (General) or Tier 1 (General) visa. As a result, KPMG will be limited to the number of Tier 2 (General) applications that can be applied for. We are currently looking at alternatives so that you can still obtain a visa and start work for KPMG.
KPMG are looking at obtaining a Tier 1 (Post Study) visa (which remains unaffected at present) for any candidates who meet the criteria required. Please find detailed below the requirements in which you will need to meet if KPMG are required to apply for a Tier 1 (Post Study) visa. It would be appreciated if you could look at the details below and confirm by return of email if you meet these requirements:
· You have studied at a UK institution for at least a UK Bachelors degree and graduated no more then 12 months before you would be able to submit the visa application
· You will need to have at least £800 in cash funds and that £800 has continuously been available to you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the application. The balance must not have fallen below this amount at any time during this period
Please can you confirm if you already hold a Tier 1 visa (and the type) and what the expiry date is or, if you meet the above requirements so that we can endeavour to get a visa for all our graduates who require one.
想请教大家：如果自己按照网上TIER 1 (G)的标准打分满足了要求，在正式申请前还需不需要联系律师证明有关材料的真实性和可靠性？或直接寄材料到HOME OFFICE?哪个的成功性大？谢谢！
