假如说我以前在A大学读
然后转到B大学读master
我需要通知HO 去取得permission么？
Tier4 student指的是申请学生签证的人 还是持有学生签证的人？

分成2部分持有学生签证在英国学习的人，
10月5日之前申请的学生签证持有人，要换学校的话要跟HO取得PERMISSION
如果是10月5日当天或者以后申请的学生签证持有人，换学校就要符合新规定了，就是要拿到新的学生签证才能够上新的学校

根据HO的最近通知, 你如果是在UK本土续签学生签, 在2010年2月之前递交,正好在宽限期内,不受28天条款约束!! 但银行存款的最后时间要距递交时间一个月之内.
Applicants making a Tier 4 application from in the United Kingdom will only need to show proof that they have the money needed, on the day that they apply. This concession will run until 1st February 2010. Applicants must still provide the correct documents to support their application.
From 1st October 2009 people applying from outside the United Kingdom must show that they have held the required money for a 28 day period ending no more than 1 month before their application.

是呀，上面写的很清楚，SPONSER就是你就读的学校，而且必须是HOME OFFICE认证的，才有LISENCE NO。
所以所有学生签证的人都要添这一项，并不是针对奖学金或者有赞助商

In line with paragraph 34I of the Immigration Rules, the previous versions of each of these forms will continue to be valid for applications made up to 21 days after 1 October 2009. However applicants should be aware that any application submitted during this period will be considered under the revised Immigration Rules regardless of what version of the application form they submit.
