前两天我在ｅｂａｙ上卖了个东西，可是等了好几天都没有看见那个买的人付钱，我就发ｍｅｓｓａｇｅ问他，她说什么你不能用ｐａｙｐａｌ，说什么当他准备用ｐａｙｐａｌ付钱的时候，总是不能用continue key,反正不明白，下面我把他发给我的message发给大家看看，我不知道会不会出现这样的情况：
I have just tried several times again to pass the payment. I select PAY NOW and cannot get further than the CONTINUE key. I’ll keep trying but I think that I’ll need help if this continues. The problem yesterday was yet again different, the same for Laurie and me.
后来我给他回message了,说要不你直接把钱存进我银行账号里吧，补过好几天，也没有理我，不知道镇么办啊？大伙帮帮忙，有什么办法可以解决吗？

CHECK YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. IF HE INSISTED NOT PAYING YOU, THE ONLY THING YOU COULD DO IS REPORTING TO EBAY. ALTHOUGH YOU ACCEPT HIS PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, YOU MUST MAKE SURE HE HAS A CONFIRMED ADDRESS AND THEN SEND THE ITEN TO HIM. OTHERWISE, MAYBE NOT SAFE TO CARRY ON THE SALES.

你跟他说，尽快付钱，不然就告到 Paypal 和 ebay 上去，然后留 negative feedback, 最后要他赔偿损失 （时间和精神损失，如果不马上付钱的话）
这样的话，他一般会认真考虑付钱的，毕竟没人想要 negative feedback

最节省双方时间的办法，叫他换电脑给钱。
跟他说，“钱付不了，赶快去联系 Paypal, 我不管，否则就留 negative feedback, 说你是 fraud”

还有一个办法，叫那人留下PAYPAL的帐户名和EMAIL
你直接进PAYPAL里面，使用REQUEST MONEY，再不给就报告EBAY
留差评，让EBAY REFUND LIST FEES。

现在是他根本不理我啊，而且他的feeback是0，我觉得他应该不介意留不好的feeback给他吧
对了，想问问大家怎么投诉，不会阿，还有几天以上可以投诉阿？
一般遇到这种问题我的一般就是报NONPAYER然后留个差评
一般的投诉就算了吧，要很长时间的，还很麻烦，为了那几镑钱不值得

什么是nonpayer，怎么弄呢？
0点feedback也有可能是尼日利亚的骗子，ebay上不少这样的人，介意告诉大家你卖的是什么吗？大致可以判断出买家是什么类型了。
去ebay的help选项举报对方不付钱，然后申请要回你的广告费和销售税，因为你根本没有得到付款。销售税和广告费会在你的ebay的 my account（my ebay-左侧靠下）里显示出来。

list fee 不退的
只能退final value fee
他终于给我回复了,可是我不知道paypal会不会出现这样的情况,顺便问问大家他会给钱的几率大吗?

直接让他在paypal里面用信用卡付钱。
没信用卡的话。。。那就等他的paypal和银行帐户的验证通过吧。
如果是第一次开通paypal就有可能。mm那你久等4-5天吧。直到确认钱进了你得paypal account （noted clear) 才把东西寄出去

直接要收信用卡付款的話，lz必須是business認證paypal用戶
have a look the ebay payment policy, the payment has to made in certain period of time after the auction ended. if the time period already past, give she/he or it final warning, if cant pay by paypal, why cant pay by cheque?
in my opinion, this is quiet obvious case. the buyer not willing to pay the payment. REASON: 1. 0 feedback. 2. excuse to delay the payment.
the buyer cant pay by paypal is not your problem, unless you only accept paypal. i presume you gave the buyer the other option to pay it and she/he or it didnt take it.
best thing for you to do is report to ebay, ask the charging fee back and relist it. when you relist it add the message: people with 0 feedback must contact me first with your name and landline number, otherwise i reserve the right cancel your bid. I will not post to anywhere other than United kingdom.
