Top Tie Trading UK Ltd 是一家成立于2001在英发展20年的服装外贸公司，与英国本地及欧洲有稳定的客户与供应关系。主要业务有男士领带，孕妇健身装，沙滩休闲服饰等，旗下还有运动瑜伽品牌Jilla Active。 因公司发展需要,现招聘公司会计一名, 职位要求如下：
-Timely preparation, delivery and on-time submission of Quarterly VAT returns;
-Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts to ensure they are completed accurately and on a timely basis;
-Consolidate the monthly sales records with Bank Statement and PayPal account to ensure all payments are received, using the software Xero; and notify Sales manager to chase up overdue debt;
-Credit control and cash managements.
-Maintenance all ledger accounts and ensure all expenses and invoices are recorded accurately;
-Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures, involve in the inventory counting process;
-Liaise with third parties like external accountant, suppliers etc;
-Proactively seeking out cost saving initiatives, process improvements and efficiency gains;
Skills/experience
• Educated to degree or equivalent standard;
• Familiarity with accounting software;
• IT literate especially with Excel and Word.
• Able to work with technical accounting concepts;
• Able to work and communicate effectively with colleagues at a range of levels;
• Able to perform number of different tasks and prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are met, whilst producing accurate work, is essential
• Mandarin Speaking
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Depending on experience. 看工作表现，优秀可以办理工作签证。
