The Elizabeth Line - A new railway line for London
The Elizabeth line will stretch more than 60 miles from Reading and Heathrow in the west through central tunnels across to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east.
The new railway - currently being built by Crossrail Ltd - will stop at 41 accessible stations, 10 newly built and 30 newly upgraded, and is expected to serve around 200 million people each year.
We plan to open the line in the first half of 2022.
你的房产在西伦敦那边？我觉得自从CR 这个消息发出来以后房子就已经疯涨了尤其是EALING 那边 朋友家的 HOUSE 涨了150% ！

她买的时候是大概540K 最多 （ DETACHED) 然后现在大概是1.5m 左右 太贵了

绝对是吹的这个… crossrail一直都有announce只不过是一直在delay. 市场不是傻子早就factor in了大部分价格，当然最后实质性开通有影响但是不会3x

最近一直在ealing看房，现在买入的价格早就已经包括了对crossrail开通的预期，未来涨幅非常有限，甚至还有可能跌，实际上ealing很多区域17年到现在房价几乎没有变动。
cross rail线上很多坑，是考验投资者智商的买卖。
可以详细说说不？避免踩雷啊
这个还要自己去做研究的，短短几句话说不清。比如Abbey wood就是个坑。
现在肯定是太晚了，五年前还可能。
