  1. Unmarried partner visa 算是 part of the 10 yr qualifying period 吗?
  2. 我没有完整的 10年警察记录. 从00 至 05年的签证stamp 没有注明要到警察局注册 (我拿的HK passport, 第一和第二次的签证是落地签, 然后在HK英国领事馆续签). Would it impose a big risk to my ILR application?

2.警察局的登记不是主要资料,最近一次续签后和最近地址有去登记的就可以了,前面的没有是没问题的

Sorry I do have another question regarding the unmarried partner visa. I lived with my bf for 1yr8mths and then he moved to London for a job but comes back to Manchester regularly. Is it worth applying with an explanation of our situation or would you say not to bother with it as we did not live together for 2 years.

If I try to get the unmarried partner visa but HO decline my app, would it affect my ILR application later? Thanks again!!

  1. you need to show you were living at the same adress for 2 years, that’s the requirement, no explaination needed

请问665和668楼等在一两个月就拿到签证的同学，你们的签证下来的这么快，是不是从Liverpool签的？其他的等了6个月以上才签到的是不是从Crodon签的？在liverpool签的同学，你们是不是住在苏格兰或英格兰北部？而在croydon签的，是不是住在威尔士或英格兰南部？
（寄出签证申请后，过两天会收到确认信，在右上角有签证处的地址，签证下来后的信上也有地址）

本人6月1日寄出的，是在croydon处理，还在等待中。本人住在南威尔士。

刚刚邮差敲门，有预感是护照。。。。。

6月14日寄出，7月9日签出，7月15日收到。

恭喜老婆收到10年PR,从HO收到到签出只用了3周多. 她的情况是9年学生签+配偶签,没有GAP,不超过540天

终于可以计划蜜月了!!! :stuck_out_tongue: :smiley:

:stuck_out_tongue: 我是10年零2个月的学生签，没有GAP，离境没有超过540天。后来由于需要还签了一个配偶签。总之，条件完全符合。所以就签的比较快吧
