别人来了说, he’s too far gone, there’s nothing we can do for him, but to put him to sleep ~~~~~~
read the sentence in bold ... it tried everything i could to save him, THEN i called animal services, AND they told me "too bad"

:cn03: :cn03: :cn03: :cn03:
that's against Toronto by-law,
you can't just pick up wildlife,
the mother usually comes back for the stranded young within a day.
i assume, you have never owned a house before?
i'll give you a few serious reasons why they can't be allow to live in a house:
1. spread of fecal contaminants
2. insulation damage (they are fibreglass, WHMIS-labelled, which is carcinogenic)
3. leaks (they make a hole on the roof)
4. structural damage (they chew on the roof joist and rafters)
5. electrical damage (they chew on wires, fire hazard, i don't want to burn the neighbhourhood down)
which is why i also said, people should prevent them from coming into the neighbhourhood, which can be done by proper garbage disposal.
those arent my house, but you can see what kind of damage they can do.
