If the seller has valued the item already, then they will include a tax bill with the parcel and hand it to DHL. DHL will pay for it first and ask you to pay them when delivering it to you plus a handling fee.
In either way, it will normally take over 4 days. You can do nothing with it except for waiting. I know the feeling. I wanted to fxxk them up as well.
