我这是来英国感冒最重的了,发烧两天,吃药也没用。不过现在退了些,希望不要反复。。。唉,病了还要起来泵奶,都不能睡个好觉 :cn03:

千万要多休息哦,还上班吗? 我一生病都变成做月子了,躺在床上不起来,直到好位置,坚持呀~
不过ALICE厉害呀,基本上跟我同房睡的没有一点影响呀

我现在可是什么病都来了,伤风感冒,咳嗽;
我还以为季节都过了今年能逃过花粉症了,谁知道这两天突然就发出来了~

我上周花粉症还没好利索,这周就感冒了。两个加起来,就把我彻底击倒了 {:5_146:}
冬瓜也是跟我一个房间,夜里就不泵奶,我直接喂她。希望她不要传染到啊。不过生病了终于能休息一下了。自从生完冬瓜,我就一直没睡过整觉。我觉得啊,这次病这么厉害,估计跟长期劳累也有关系,抵抗力不行。。。

我也是觉得母乳把身体耗着,身体耗到一定地步就不行了,我今天开始乖乖的炖汤喝了。

还有冬瓜妈吃的药重吗? 我在看那个JAMES WONG , GROW YOUR OWN DRUGS 的节目,我准备试试他的RECIPE,天然的药~

我贴两个喉咙疼跟感冒的出来

Onion Gargle for Throat Infections

1 onion
½ fresh red chilli
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp salt
sprig of parsley

  1. Chop the onion and chilli finely and place in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and salt. Leave to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

  2. Strain and use as a gargle. After gargling, chew on a sprig of parsley to freshen breath.

USE: Gargle daily, as soon as you feel a sore throat coming on, then spit out rather than swallow.

STORAGE: Best made and used fresh each day.

Goji berry and chicken soup for colds and flu

2 tbsp dried echinacea root
200 ml water, freshly boiled
5 tbsp goji berries, fresh or dried
2 litres chicken stock (homemade or from stock cubes)
3 chicken thighs or drumsticks (preferably organic)
2 large onions, peeled and sliced
12 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
10 cm root ginger, peeled and shredded
2 fresh medium-sized chillies, finely sliced
8 garlic cloves,chopped
extra sliced ginger and chillis, to serve

    1. Combine the dried echinacea root with the water in a bowl to make a simple infusion. In another bowl, pour just enough cold water over the goji berries to cover, and leave to rehydrate. Set the echinacea and goji berries aside and leave to stand.
    1. Place the stock and chicken pieces in a large pan or slow cooker. Add the sliced onions, mushrooms, ginger and chillies and place around the chicken in the pan. On a very low heat, simmer gently for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until the chicken is tender and falls apart. Take off the heat.
    1. Five minutes before serving, add the goji berries and chopped garlic. Finally, strain the echinacea infusion and add this to the soup, reheating if necessary.
    1. Serve by ladling into bowls and garnishing with sliced ginger and chilli for an extra kick.

USE: Makes enough for 4. Can be eaten with noodles, if wished.
