嘿嘿，二级pass了！小晒一下，感觉这次二级题目难度适中，跟原版书的练习题思路很接近，所以原版书后面的题目一定要做，notes题目的参考价值在二级参考价值不大，虽然我也看了notes，但最后两本mock题都没做。最后一周只是把协会的两套sample和mock题反复做了3遍。二级通过率现在越来越低，所以一点侥幸心理都不能有，只有平时扎扎实实看书，尽可能多掌握知识点，实际证明该考的和不该考的全都考到了。。。good luck everyone! 明年三级继续加油！

不过那么多人同一天生日，而且都进同一个帖子，太太太神奇了。

就在这里大概说一下吧 。大家应考技巧不一样，仅供参考。
Level II，第一次考。分数比不上牛人。

我理工科出身，无相关背景，上班族。每天晚上7：30以后才有时间看书。基本上一周看4天（周一到周四），每天3－4个小时左右。 只看Schweser的notes，没有看过教材，无从比较。请大家看最新notes，09跟10年的差别非常大。我看的是09的，最后花了很多时间查漏补遗。

Timeline：
＊拖拖拉拉花了三个月，二月底看完notes一遍（跳过ethics），做了后面的习题，对整体有一个概念，但对具体内容和公式没有印象。
＊3月－4月，看了第二遍。对重点概念有所了解，公式基本掌握。
＊5月，看了第三遍，穿插做了09的mock，practice exams。查漏补遗。重点看了每个章节后面的key concepts。

心得：
1）公式不管简单复杂，都应记住。特别是不常用到的小公式，容易overlook。还有要会区分不同的models中用到的不同的参数。
2）面面俱到太花功力，最后重点掌握几个关键的知识点。再看完几遍notes和做完mock，practice exams以后，很容易察觉重复出现的题目，概念。
举例：
＊ethics：二级出现的soft dollar，prudent man／investor rules
＊financial reporting：两个大头：investments in financial assets／associates的BS，IS 和pension expense。两个小知识点：all-current／temporal methods的选择和算法和accruals ratios
3）如果有概念公式不能理解，囫囵吞枣的记得最后的结论也行。

目前只想到这些，希望对大家有所帮助。
